WELCOME TO PRETENTIOUS

 

Living well is the best revenge.

Or so does one with a less than stellar past has said.

 

Your memories might be unsavory, your dreams  may be uncertain

a yearning for a love that will never return or plainly freaking out at the stock market 

 

There is but one thing to do that will never fail -  live well.

 

Find joys in your 5 senses and live for the moment.

Taste a perfect kiss, 

sip a vintage champagne, 

feel tingly fur on naked skin, 

and lavish in the bath in the company of literary greats or the trashiest of magazines

 

Your joys might be free or it may cost you a fortune- but indulged at the perfect moment, all this doesn't matter.

 

Pretentious  wallows in the most basic of instincts- that of living it up with 5 senses. 

The instinct to live well.  Unabashedly, relentlessly and unapologetically.

 

Tomorrow be damned.  

But today, WE WILL LIVE WELL!
