Once upon a time,  there lived in all children a pretentious alter ego.

Every boy and girl would have donned a fancy frock and and believed, I mean REALLY believed -  to be a princess,  a ballerina, an astronaut, a doctor, a superhero - and in my case, a permanently bronzed, impeccably suited, multi gadgeted, high rolling jet-setting überspy.

 

As years passed, adulthood settled in and so is the resignation  that their realities will never attain their imagined superself -  but a never-ending repetition of drab days and uninspired being - to the grave. 

In most of us, the pretentious died. 

 

This website is to the pretentious that we all once were. 

It will welcome you to a world of no barriers.
It will inspire you to live a charmed life by choice,  live on the edge of your means.
It will show you how to indulge in the pleasures of the senses without remorse.

And for those, whose inner pretentious voice have been silenced- 

It will mock that adult that settled.  
It will taunt you to rekindle that fabulous superself that the child  has meant for you to be-and eventually, hopefully will still become.

To quote our pretentious poster boy Oscar Wilde, “We may all be in the gutters, but some of us are looking at the stars”.

 

Go ahead, and be pretentious. 
"THERE IS ONE IN ALL OF US."

Unleash it and be the better person that you were always meant to be.
